One thing that I found confusing is that I didn’t find a place to upload a copy of my national ID/Passport (The Consignee) during the booking process. I received an email later from a representative asking for it. I think it would be helpful to explain when and where to upload a photocopy of a National ID/Passport in the booking. It might be there on the website but I didn’t find it.

"I was originally impressed with the amount of detail/explanations on the company website (this may be a turn off for others, but I am a control freak + like to know what is going on. It also gave the impression that the company has big resources - if they can afford to have so much info out there).
From that point on everything was fine - VERY quick turn-around in emails, spoke twice on the phone with somebody + everything was very clear (the person was very knowledgeable + to the point).
